• Partial Refunds: Eligible orders may receive a 70% refund, excluding shipping costs.
• Customized Dresses: No refunds or exchanges are offered for custom-made or personalized dresses.
• Dress Exchange: Customers can opt for an exchange in the form of a coupon code for future purchases.
• Return Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, taxes, and any related costs.
• Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
